بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Bismillāhir-Raḥmānir-Raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ الْوَاسِعُ الَّذِي لَا يَضِيقُ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā antal-Wāsiʿu alladhī lā yaḍīq
Glory be to You. There is no god but You, the All-Encompassing, who is never constrained
الْبَصِيرُ الَّذِي لَا يَضِلُّ النُّورُ الَّذِي لَا يُخْمَدُ
Al-Baṣīrulladhī lā yaḍillu, an-Nūrulladhī lā yukhmad
The All-Seeing who never loses sight, the Light that is never extinguished
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ الْحَيُّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā antal-Ḥayyulladhī lā yamūt
Glory be to You. There is no god but You, the Ever-Living who never dies
الْقَيُّومُ الَّذِي لَا يَهِنُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَا يُطْعَمُ
Al-Qayyūmulladhī lā yahin, aṣ-Ṣamadulladhī lā yuṭʿam
The Self-Subsisting who never weakens, the Eternal Refuge who needs no food
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ مَا أَعْظَمَ شَأْنَكَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta, mā aʿẓama sha'nak
Glory be to You. There is no god but You. How magnificent is Your majesty
وَ أَعَزَّ سُلْطَانَكَ وَ أَعْلَى مَكَانَكَ
Wa aʿazza sulṭānak, wa aʿlā makānak
How mighty is Your authority, and how exalted is Your station
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ مَا أَبَرَّكَ وَ أَرْحَمَكَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta, mā abarraka wa arḥamak
Glory be to You. There is no god but You. How benevolent and merciful You are
وَ أَحْلَمَكَ وَ أَعْظَمَكَ وَ أَسْمَحَكَ وَ أَجَلَّكَ
Wa aḥlamak, wa aʿẓamak, wa asmaḥak, wa ajallak
How forbearing, magnificent, generous, and majestic You are
وَ أَكْرَمَكَ وَ أَعْلَمَكَ وَ أَعَزَّكَ وَ أَعْلَاكَ
Wa akramak, wa aʿlamak, wa aʿazzak, wa aʿlāk
How generous, all-knowing, mighty, and exalted You are
وَ أَقْوَاكَ وَ أَسْمَعَكَ وَ أَبْصَرَكَ
Wa aqwāk, wa asmaʿak, wa abṣarak
How powerful, all-hearing, and all-seeing You are
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
مَا أَكْرَمَ عَفْوَكَ وَ أَعْظَمَ تَجَاوُزَكَ
Mā akrama ʿafwak, wa aʿẓama tajāwuzak
How generous is Your forgiveness, and how great is Your pardon
مَا أَوْسَعَ رَحْمَتَكَ وَ أَكْثَرَ فَضْلَكَ
Mā awsaʿa raḥmatak, wa akthara faḍlak
How vast is Your mercy, and how abundant is Your grace
مَا أَنْعَمَ آلَاءَكَ وَ أَسْبَغَ نَعْمَاءَكَ
Mā anʿama ālā'ak, wa asbagha naʿmā'ak
How abundant are Your blessings, and how plentiful are Your favors
مَا أَفْضَلَ ثَوَابَكَ وَ أَجْزَلَ عَطَاءَكَ
Mā afḍala thawābak, wa ajzala ʿaṭā'ak
How excellent is Your reward, and how abundant is Your giving
مَا أَوْسَعَ حُجَّتَكَ وَ أَوْضَحَ بُرْهَانَكَ
Mā awsaʿa ḥujjatak, wa awḍaḥa burhānak
How encompassing is Your proof, and how clear is Your evidence
مَا أَشَدَّ أَخْذَكَ وَ أَوْجَعَ عِقَابَكَ
Mā ashadda akhthak, wa awjaʿa ʿiqābak
How severe is Your taking, and how painful is Your punishment
مَا أَشَدَّ مَكْرَكَ وَ أَمْتَنَ كَيْدَكَ
Mā ashadda makrak, wa amtana kaydak
How powerful is Your design, and how firm is Your plan
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
تُسَبِّحُ لَكَ السَّمَاوَاتُ السَّبْعُ وَ الْأَرَضُونَ السَّبْعُ
Tusabbiḥu lakas-samāwātus-sabʿu wal-araḍūnas-sabʿ
The seven heavens and the seven earths glorify You
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
الْقَرِيبُ فِي عُلُوِّكَ الْمُتَعَالِي فِي دُنُوِّكَ الْمُتَدَانِي دُونَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ
Al-Qarību fī ʿuluwwik, al-mutaʿālī fī dunūwik, al-mutadānī dūna kulli shay'in min khalqik
The Near despite Your exaltedness, the Most Exalted despite Your nearness, closer than everything among Your creation
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
الْقَرِيبُ قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Al-Qarību qabla kulli shay'
The One who is near before all things
وَ الدَّائِمُ مَعَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Wad-dā'imu maʿa kulli shay'
The Everlasting who remains with all things
وَ الْبَاقِي بَعْدَ فَنَاءِ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Wal-bāqī baʿda fanā'i kulli shay'
The One who remains after everything has perished
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
تَصَاغَرَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِجَبَرُوتِكَ
Taṣāghara kullu shay'in lijabarūtik
Everything is humbled before Your majesty and omnipotence
وَ انْقَادَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِسُلْطَانِكَ
Wanqāda kullu shay'in lisulṭānik
Everything submits to Your authority
وَ ذَلَّ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِعِزَّتِكَ
Wa dhalla kullu shay'in liʿizzatik
Everything is humbled before Your might
وَ خَضَعَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِمُلْكِكَ
Wa khaḍaʿa kullu shay'in limulkik
Everything submits to Your dominion
وَ اسْتَسْلَمَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِقُدْرَتِكَ
Wastaslama kullu shay'in liqudratik
Everything surrenders to Your power
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
مَلَكْتَ الْمُلُوكَ بِعَظَمَتِكَ
Malaktal-mulūka biʿaẓamatik
You rule over all kings by Your greatness
وَ قَهَرْتَ الْجَبَابِرَةَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ
Wa qahartal-jabābirata biqudratik
You overpower the tyrants by Your power
وَ ذَلَّلْتَ الْعُظَمَاءَ بِعِزَّتِكَ
Wa dhallaltal-ʿuẓamā'a biʿizzatik
You humble the mighty by Your might
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
تَسْبِيحاً يَفْضُلُ عَلَى تَسْبِيحِ الْمُسَبِّحِينَ
Tasbīḥan yafḍulu ʿalā tasbīḥil-musabbiḥīn
With a glorification surpassing the glorification of all who glorify You
كُلِّهِمْ مِنْ أَوَّلِ الدَّهْرِ إِلَى آخِرِهِ
Kullihim min awwalid-dahri ilā ākhirih
Of all of them, from the beginning of time to its end
وَ مِلْءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْأَرَضِينَ وَ مِلْءَ مَا خَلَقْتَ وَ مِلْءَ مَا قَدَّرْتَ
Wa mil'as-samāwāti wal-araḍīn, wa mil'a mā khalaqt, wa mil'a mā qaddart
And filling the heavens and the earths, filling all that You have created and all that You have decreed
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
تُسَبِّحُ لَكَ السَّمَاوَاتُ بِأَقْطَارِهَا
Tusabbiḥu lakas-samāwātu bi-aqṭārihā
The heavens glorify You throughout their vast expanse
وَ الشَّمْسُ فِي مَجَارِيهَا
Wash-shamsu fī majārihā
And the sun glorifies You in its course
وَ الْقَمَرُ فِي مَنَازِلِهِ وَ النُّجُومُ فِي سَيَرَانِهَا
Wal-qamaru fī manāzilih, wan-nujūmu fī sayarānihā
And the moon in its stations, and the stars in their courses
وَ الْفَلَكُ فِي مَعَارِجِهِ
Wal-falaku fī maʿārijih
And the celestial sphere in its ascending paths
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
يُسَبِّحُ لَكَ النَّهَارُ بِضَوْئِهِ وَ اللَّيْلُ بِدُجَائِهِ
Yusabbiḥu lak an-nahāru bi-ḍaw'ihi, wal-laylu bidujā'ihi
The day glorifies You with its light, and the night with its darkness
وَ النُّورُ بِشُعَاعِهِ وَ الظُّلْمَةُ بِغُمُوضِهَا
Wan-nūru bishuʿāʿih, waẓ-ẓulmatu bighumūḍihā
The light with its rays, and the darkness with its obscurity
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
تُسَبِّحُ لَكَ الرِّيَاحُ فِي مَهَبِّهَا
Tusabbiḥu lakar-riyāḥu fī mahab-bihā
The winds glorify You as they blow
وَ السَّحَابُ بِأَمْطَارِهَا
Was-saḥābu bi-amṭārihā
The clouds glorify You with their rain
وَ الْبَرْقُ بِأَخْطَافِهِ وَ الرَّعْدُ بِأَرْزَامِهِ
Wal-barqu bi-akhtāfih, war-raʿdu bi-arzāmih
The lightning with its flashes, and the thunder with its peals
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Subḥānaka lā ilāha illā anta
Glory be to You. There is no god but You
تُسَبِّحُ لَكَ الْأَرْضُ بِأَقْوَاتِهَا
Tusabbiḥu lakal-arḍu bi-aqwātihā
The earth glorifies You through its sustenance
وَ الْجِبَالُ بِأَطْوَادِهَا وَ الْأَشْجَارُ بِأَوْرَاقِهَا
Wal-jibālu bi-aṭwādihā, wal-ashjāru bi-awrāqihā
The mountains with their firm foundations, and the trees with their leaves
وَ الْمَرَاعِي فِي مَنَابِتِهَا
Wal-marāʿī fī manābitihā
And the pastures in their places of growth
سُبْحَانَكَ وَ بِحَمْدِكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ
Subḥānaka wa biḥamdik, lā ilāha illā anta, waḥdaka lā sharīka lak
Glory be to You and praise belongs to You. There is no god but You, alone, without any partner
عَدَدَ مَا سَبَّحَكَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ
ʿAdada mā sabbaḥaka min shay'
As numerous as everything that has glorified You
وَ كَمَا تُحِبُّ يَا رَبِّ أَنْ تُحْمَدَ
Wa kamā tuḥibbu yā Rabb an tuḥmad
And as You, O my Lord, love to be praised
وَ كَمَا يَنْبَغِي لِعَظَمَتِكَ وَ كِبْرِيَائِكَ
Wa kamā yanbaghī liʿaẓamatika wa kibrīyā'ik
And as is befitting Your greatness and majesty
وَ عِزَّتِكَ وَ قُوَّتِكَ وَ قُدْرَتِكَ
Wa ʿizzatika wa quwwatika wa qudratik
And Your might, strength, and power
وَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ مُحَمَّدٍ خَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّينَ وَ آلِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ
Wa ṣallallāhu ʿalā rasūlihī Muḥammadin khātamin-nabiyyīna wa ālihī ajmaʿīn
May Allah bless His Messenger Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets, and all of his family
