بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent and Merciful.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ الْأَنْعَامُ بِأَصْوَاتِهَا يَقُولُونَ سُبُّوحاً قُدُّوساً

Subhan man tusabbihu lahu al-an'amu bi-aswatiha, yaquluna subbuhan quddusan

Glory be to Him whom the cattle glorify with their voices, saying: “Most Glorious, Most Holy.”

سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْحَقِّ الْمُبِينِ

Subhan al-Malik al-Haqq al-Mubin

Glory be to the Manifest King of Truth.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ الْبِحَارُ بِأَمْوَاجِهَا

Subhan man tusabbihu lahu al-biharu bi-amwajiha

Glory be to Him whom the seas glorify with their waves.

سُبْحَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَ بِحَمْدِكَ

Subhanaka rabbana wa bi-hamdik

Glory be to You, our Lord, and praise be to You.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَلَائِكَةُ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِأَصْوَاتِهَا

Subhan man tusabbihu lahu mala'ikatu as-samawati bi-aswatiha

Glory be to Him whom the angels of the heavens glorify with their voices.

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ الْمَحْمُودِ فِي كُلِّ مَقَالَةٍ

Subhan Allah al-mahmud fi kulli maqal

Glory be to Allah, Who is praised in every speech.

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ الْكُرْسِيُّ وَ مَا حَوْلَهُ وَ مَا تَحْتَهُ

Subhan Allah al-ladhi yusabbihu lahu al-kursiyyu wa ma hawlahu wa ma tahtah

Glory be to Allah, whom the Throne and all around it and beneath it glorify.

سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْجَبَّارِ الَّذِي مَلَأَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعَ وَ الْأَرَضِينَ السَّبْعَ

Subhan al-Malik al-Jabbar al-ladhi mala'a kursiyyuhu as-samawati as-sab'a wa al-aradina as-sab'a

Glory be to the Mighty King whose throne has filled the seven heavens and the seven earths.

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ بِعَدَدِ مَا سَبَّحَهُ الْمُسَبِّحُونَ

Subhan Allah bi-'adadi ma sabbahu al-musabbihun

Glory be to Allah as many times as the glorifiers glorify Him.

وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ بِعَدَدِ مَا حَمِدَهُ الْحَامِدُونَ

Wal-hamdu lillah bi-'adadi ma hamidahu al-hamidun

And all praise is for Allah as many times as the praisers praise Him.

وَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ بِعَدَدِ مَا هَلَّلَهُ الْمُهَلِّلُونَ

Wa la ilaha illa Allah bi-'adadi ma hallalahu al-muhallilun

And there is no god but Allah as many times as those who proclaim His oneness proclaim it.

وَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ بِعَدَدِ مَا كَبَّرَهُ الْمُكَبِّرُونَ

Wallahu akbar bi-'adadi ma kabbirahu al-mukabbirun

And Allah is the Greatest as many times as those who magnify Him magnify Him.

وَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ بِعَدَدِ مَا اسْتَغْفَرَهُ الْمُسْتَغْفِرُونَ

Wa astaghfiru Allah bi-'adadi ma istaghfarahu al-mustaghfirun

And I seek Allah's forgiveness as many times as those who seek forgiveness seek it.

وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ

Wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah al-'Aliyy al-'Azim

And there is no power and no strength except with Allah, the Most High, the All-Great.

بِعَدَدِ مَا قَالَهُ الْقَائِلُونَ

Bi-'adadi ma qalahu al-qailun

As many times as those who say it say it.

وَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

Wa salla Allahu 'ala Muhammad wa ali Muhammad

And may Allah bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

بِعَدَدِ مَا صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ الْمُصَلُّونَ

Bi-'adadi ma salla 'alayhi al-musallun

As many times as those who send blessings upon him send them.

سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Subhanaka la ilaha illa anta

Glory be to You, there is no god but You.

تُسَبِّحُ لَكَ الدَّوَابُّ فِي مَرَاعِيهَا

Tusabbihu laka ad-dawabbu fi mara'iha

The livestock glorify You in their grazing places,

وَ الْوُحُوشُ فِي مَظَانِّهَا

Wal-wuhushu fi mazanniha

and the wild beasts in their places,

وَ السِّبَاعُ فِي فَلَوَاتِهَا

Was-siba'u fi falawatiha

and the predatory beasts in the open lands,

وَ الطَّيْرُ فِي وُكُورِهَا

Wat-tayru fi wukurha

and the birds in their nests.

تُسَبِّحُ لَكَ الْبِحَارُ بِأَمْوَاجِهَا

Tusabbihu laka al-biharu bi-amwajiha

The seas glorify You with their waves,

وَ الْحِيتَانُ فِي مِيَاهِهَا

Wal-hitanu fi miyahiha

and the whales in their waters,

وَ الْمِيَاهُ فِي مَجَارِيهَا

Wal-miyahu fi majarihiha

and the waters in their courses,

وَ الْهَوَامُّ فِي أَمَاكِنِهَا

Wal-hawammu fi amakinha

and the small creatures in their places.

الْجَوَادُ الَّذِي لَا يَبْخَلُ

Al-jawadu al-ladhi la yabkhal

The Generous who is never miserly,

الْغَنِيُّ الَّذِي لَا يُعْدِمُ

Al-ghaniyyu al-ladhi la yu'dim

the Self-Sufficient who never lacks,

الْجَدِيدُ الَّذِي لَا يَبْلَى

Al-jadidu al-ladhi la yabla

the Ever-New who never wears out.

الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الْبَاقِي الَّذِي تَسَرْبَلَ بِالْبَقَاءِ

Al-hamdu lillahi al-baqi al-ladhi tasarbal bil-baqa

All praise is for Allah, the Ever-Remaining, who clothes Himself with permanence.

الدَّائِمُ الَّذِي لَا يَفْنَى

Ad-da'imu al-ladhi la yafna

The Everlasting who never perishes,

الْعَزِيزُ الَّذِي لَا يَذِلُّ

Al-'azizu al-ladhi la yadhill

the Mighty who is never humiliated,

الْمَلِكُ الَّذِي لَا يَزُولُ

Al-maliku al-ladhi la yazul

the King who never passes away.

الْقَائِمُ الَّذِي لَا يَفْنَى

Al-qa'imu al-ladhi la يفna

The Sustainer who does not perish,

الدَّائِمُ الَّذِي لَا يَبِيدُ

Ad-da'imu al-ladhi la yabid

the Everlasting who does not vanish,

الْعَلِيمُ الَّذِي لَا يَرْتَابُ

Al-'alimu al-ladhi la yartab

the All-Knowing who never doubts,

الْبَصِيرُ الَّذِي لَا يَضِلُّ

Al-basiru al-ladhi la yadhill

the All-Seeing who never goes astray,

الْحَلِيمُ الَّذِي لَا يَجْهَلُ

Al-halimu al-ladhi la yajhal

the Forbearing who is never ignorant.

الْحَكِيمُ الَّذِي لَا يَحِيفُ الرَّقِيبُ

Al-hakimu al-ladhi la yahifu ar-raqib

the Wise who is never unjust, the Watchful.

الَّذِي لَا يَسْهُو الْمُحِيطُ

Al-ladhi la yashu al-muhit

the All-Encompassing who never forgets,

الَّذِي لَا يَلْهُو الشَّاهِدُ

Al-ladhi la yalhu ash-shahid

the Witness who is never distracted,

الَّذِي لَا يَغِيبُ

Al-ladhi la yaghib

the One who is never absent.

الْقَوِيُّ الَّذِي لَا يُرَامُ

Al-qawiyyu al-ladhi la yuram

the All-Powerful who is never harmed,

الْعَزِيزُ الَّذِي لَا يُضَامُ

Al-'azizu al-ladhi la yudam

the Mighty who is invulnerable,

السُّلْطَانُ الَّذِي لَا يُغْلَبُ

As-sultanu al-ladhi la yughlab

the Sovereign who is never overcome,

الْمُدْرِكُ الَّذِي لَا يُدْرَكُ

Al-mudrik al-ladhi la yudrak

the All-Perceiving who cannot be perceived,

الطَّالِبُ الَّذِي لَا يَعْجِزُ

At-talibu al-ladhi la ya'jiz

the Pursuer who never becomes unable.
