Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sadaat mobile application and the website sadaat.pk (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

• The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means that place unreasonable load on it.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Religious content

Quranic text, duas, a'maal, ziyarat and calendar occasions are compiled with care from established sources. Despite our best efforts, errors are possible. The content is provided for reading and personal devotion; for religious rulings, please consult your marja' or a qualified scholar. If you find a mistake in any text, we sincerely ask you to report it via Contact so we can correct it.

Hijri dates

Hijri dates are calculated and then adjusted for regions where possible. Actual dates depend on moon sighting and the ruling you follow; the Service's dates are informational and do not replace the announcement of your local religious authority.

Intellectual property

The Quran and the supplications of the Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) belong to no one but their source. The Service's design, code, compilation, translations layout and branding are the property of the Sadaat team. Translations included in the Service remain the intellectual property of their respective translators and are used with attribution.

Accounts

An account is optional and only needed for syncing bookmarks and preferences. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the app or via Delete Account.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sadaat team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
