لَهٗ مَقَالِيْدُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۚ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَّشَا࢜ءُ وَيَقْدِرُؕ اِنَّهٗ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ ١٢
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth: He expands the provision for whomever He wishes, and tightens it [for whomever He wishes]. Indeed He has knowledge of all things.’
Göylərin və yerin açarları (ixtiyarı) Onun əlindədir. O, istədiyinin ruzisini bol, (istədiyininkini də) qıt edər. O, hər şeyi biləndir!
کلیدهای آسمان ها و زمین فقط در سیطره مالکیّت اوست. رزق و روزی را برای هر کس که بخواهد وسعت می دهد و یا تنگ می گیرد. یقیناً او به همه چیز داناست.
آسمان و زمین کی تمام کنجیاں اسی کے اختیار میں ہیں وہ جس کے لئے چاہتا ہے اس کے رزق میں وسعت پیدا کردیتا ہے اور جس کے لئے چاہتا ہے تنگی پیدا کردیتا ہے وہ ہر شے کا خوب جاننے والا ہے
