ءَاَنْتُمْ اَنْزَلْتُمُوْهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ اَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنْزِلُوْنَ ٦٩

Is it you who bring it down from the rain cloud, or is it We who bring [it] down?
