قَالَ فَاِنَّهَا مُحَرَّمَةٌ عَلَيْهِمْ اَرْبَعِيْنَ سَنَةًۚ يَتِيْهُوْنَ فِي الْاَرْضِؕ فَلَا تَاْسَ عَلَي الْقَوْمِ الْفٰسِقِيْنَ ٢٦ࣖ
He said, ‘It shall be forbidden them for forty years: they shall wander about in the earth. So do not grieve for the transgressing lot.’
(Allah Musaya) buyurdu: “Artıq ora (müqəddəs torpaq) qırx il müddətinə onlara haram edildi. Onlar olduqları yerdə (Tih səhrasında) sərgərdan gəzib dolaşacaqlar. O günahkar (və azğın) camaatın halına acıma!”
[خدا] فرمود: این سرزمین مقدس [به کیفر نافرمانی از خواسته های حق] تا چهل سال بر آنان حرام شد، همواره در طول این مدت در زمینِ [سینا] سرگردان خواهند بود، پس بر این گروه نافرمان وبدکار غمگین مباش.
ارشاد ہوا کہ اب ان پر چالیس سال حرام کردئیے گئے کہ یہ زمین میں چکرّ لگاتے رہیں گے لہذا تم اس فاسق قوم پر افسوس نہ کرو
