فَلَا͏ٓ اُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشٰرِقِ وَالْمَغٰرِبِ اِنَّا لَقٰدِرُوْنَ ٤٠ۙ
Translation
So I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We are able
