وَقَضَيْنَا͏ٓ اِلٰي بَنِيْٓ اِسْرَا࢜ءِيْلَ فِي الْكِتٰبِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِي الْاَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوًّا كَبِيْرًا ٤
We revealed to the Children of Israel in the Book: ‘Twice you will cause corruption on the earth, and you will perpetrate great tyranny.’
Biz İsrail oğullarına kitabda (Tövratda): “Siz yer üzündə (Zəkəriyyanı, sonra da Yəhyanı öldürməklə) iki dəfə fitnə-fəsad törədəcək və çox dikbaşlıq (yaxud zülm) edəcəksiniz!” – deyə bildirdik.
ما در تورات به بنی اسرائیل خبر دادیم که قطعاً دو بار در زمین فساد می کنید و [در برابر طاعت خدا] به سرکشی و طغیان [و نسبت به مردم به برتری جویی و ستمی] بزرگ دچار می شوید.
اور ہم نے بنی اسرائیل کو کتاب میں یہ اطلاع بھی دے دی تھی کہ تم زمین میں دو مرتبہ فساد کرو گے اور خوب بلندی حاصل کرو گے
