سُورَةُ ٱلْفَاتِحَةِ
Surah Al-Faatiha
The Opening · Meccan · 7 Ayahs
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
1In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ ١ۙ
2All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds,
الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ ٢ۙ
3the All-beneficent, the All-merciful,
مٰلِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّيْنِ ٣ؕ
4Master of the Day of Retribution.
اِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَاِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِيْنُ ٤ؕ
5You [alone] do we worship, and to You [alone] do we turn for help.
اِهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيْمَ ٥ۙ
6Guide us on the straight path,
صِرَاطَ الَّذِيْنَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ٦ۙ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوْبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّا࢜لِّيْنَ ٧ࣖ
7the path of those whom You have blessed — such as have not incurred Your wrath, nor are astray.
