قَوْلٌ مَّعْرُوْفٌ وَّمَغْفِرَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ صَدَقَةٍ يَّتْبَعُهَا͏ٓ اَذًيؕ وَاللّٰهُ غَنِيٌّ حَلِيْمٌ ٢٦٣
An honourable reply [in response to the needy] and forgiving [their annoyance] is better than a charity followed by affront. Allah is all-sufficient, most forbearing.
Xoş bir söz və günahları bağışlamaq əziyyətlə (minnətlə) verilən sədəqədən daha yaxşıdır. Allah ehtiyacsızdır, həlimdir!
گفتاری پسندیده [در برابر تهیدستان] و عفو [ی کریمانه نسبت به خشم و بد زبانی مستمندان] بهتر از بخششی است که دنبالش آزاری باشد، و خدا بی نیاز و بردبار است.
نیک کلام اور مغفرت اس صدقہ سے بہتر ہے جس کے پیچھے دل دکھانے کا سلسلہ بھی ہو . خدا سب سے بے نیاز اور بڑا اِرد بار ہے
