قَالَ مَا مَنَعَكَ اَلَّا تَسْجُدَ اِذْ اَمَرْتُكَؕ قَالَ اَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُۚ خَلَقْتَنِيْ مِنْ نَّارٍ وَّخَلَقْتَهٗ مِنْ طِيْنٍ ١٢
Said He, ‘What prevented you from prostrating, when I commanded you? ’‘I am better than him,’ he said. ‘You created me from fire and You created him from clay.’
(Allah iblisə): “Mən sənə əmr edəndə sənə səcdə etməyə nə mane oldu?” – deyə buyurdu. (İblis:) “Mən ondan daha yaxşıyam (üstünəm), çünki Sən məni oddan, onu isə palçıqdan yaratdın!” – dedi.
خدا فرمود: هنگامی که تو را امر کردم، چه چیز تو را مانع شد که سجده نکردی؟ گفت: من از او بهترم، مرا از آتش پدید آورده ای و او را از گِل آفریدی.
ارشاد ہوا کہ تجھے کس چیز نے روکا تھا کہ تونے میرے حکم کے بعد بھی سجدہ نہیں کیا -اس نے کہا کہ میں ان سے بہتر ہوں -تو نے مجھے آگ سے پیدا کیا ہے اور انہیں خاک سے بنایا ہے
